If you have already registered your return on the dedicated interface, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to modify your form once it has been validated.
If you have not yet used the provided return label:
Good news, it is still valid! We invite you to add the additional items in your return package (with the same label), and your refund will be adjusted accordingly based on the items returned in the package. 🙂
Please note that if you had requested a voucher/gift card, the additional items returned will not be eligible for it.
If you have already used the provided return label:
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to generate another one: the return interface allows the generation of only one return label.
📩 We invite you to contact directly the brand from which you made your purchase (by visiting their website) to inquire if a new return label can be issued to you - please note, it is not automatic.
