I received my order in a single package

The return interface allows the generation of only one return label. If you have already used it and wish to make an additional return:

📩 We invite you to directly contact the brand where you placed your order (by visiting their website) to inquire if a new label can be provided to you - please note, this is not automatic.

The Elyn chat (bottom right) is solely dedicated to technical issues related to the return interface: we do not handle additional requests.

I received my order in multiple packages

Our system is based on the delivery date of the first package to trigger your trial period and apply the withdrawal period specified by the brand.

In the case of multi-package delivery, it is possible that this withdrawal period may technically be exceeded on the return interface.
