If your exchange request has not yet been validated by the brand and shipped, it is usually still possible to cancel it!
To cancel your exchange request:
📩 We encourage you to contact directly the brand from which you placed your order (by visiting their website).
❌ The Elyn chat (bottom right) is solely dedicated to technical issues related to the return interface: we do not handle additional requests.
Once the returned items are received and checked by the brand's logistics service, a refund will be initiated on the debit/credit card used for the purchase! 🙂
Please note that if you have made multiple exchange requests in your order, cancellation will remove all your exchange requests in favor of refund requests.
