We invite you to carefully check the label provided by the carrier responsible for returning your package:
La Poste / Colissimo
Chronopost
Mondial Relay
DHL
etc...
You can directly visit the websites of the carriers to check the pickup points near your home.
Furthermore, for all labels (excluding La Poste - Colissimo), we recommend visiting 2 Pickup Points indicated as eligible to verify that the problem indeed arises from the provided label.
Indeed, some lists of Pickup Points are sometimes not up to date and may indicate Pickup Points that are no longer accredited.
Note that if you return your package to a non-eligible carrier, it will not be accepted, and the return label cannot be scanned for redirection.
Example: ❌ You have a Mondial Relay label and attempted to return your package to La Poste.
