The trial period for your order is set to start in two situations:

  • When your order is delivered to your letterbox, or handed over to a janitor or third party,

  • When you pick up your parcel at a Pick-up point.

The order can be delivered by letterbox or handed over to a third party.

If your order is likely to be received, but you are not available to try it out, you can ask to extend your trial period so that you can test the items with less worry.

📩 For any request regarding an extension of the trial period, we kindly ask you to directly contact the brand from which you placed your order by visiting their website.

Please note that the extension of your trial period is subject to the discretion of the brand.

The order cannot be delivered to a letterbox and will not be collected by a third party or in a Pick-up point.

In the event that your order cannot be collected (i.e. not delivered to a letterbox, not collected by a janitor or third party, or not picked up at a Pick-up point): your parcel will be returned to the sender.

📩 We encourage you to directly contact the brand from which you placed your order to report the return to sender and obtain a refund by visiting their website.
