If you've had a change of heart about your order and it has not yet been shipped or delivered, depending on the brand from which you placed your order, it may still be possible to cancel it.
To do so:

Cancellation unfortunately won't be possible in the following cases:
🏠 For orders already delivered to your doorstep: you'll need to return your package by accessing the return interface. To proceed with your return, feel free to check out this article!
🏪 For orders already delivered to a Pickup Point: we recommend informing the partner brand of your refusal to accept the package and refrain from collecting it at the Pickup Point (it will then be returned to the sender).
What happens next?
Your package will be returned and inspected by the logistics team of the brand from which you placed your order, and a refund will subsequently be initiated accordingly on the debit/credit card used for the purchase! 🙂
