Vouchers are generated and sent directly via email once your package has been returned, received, and verified by the brand's logistics team.
If you haven't received your code, several reasons are possible:
Your return package has not yet been received by the brand or is currently
awaiting inspection
.Your package was not returned within the specified timeframe (meeting the deadline for submission), so your voucher request has automatically been canceled - this action is irreversible.
The email containing your voucher code may have landed in your spam folder.
