An item from my order is missing or defective, I would like to request a refund

For any questions regarding the content of your order (defective, damaged, missing, or unusable product):

👉🏼 Please note that the return fees displayed on the return interface are applied by default. Only the brand from which you placed your order is authorized to modify these fees.
