The inspection of returned items is necessary for the brand to initiate the refund for your order.

📩 For all the following cases, we encourage you to contact directly the brand from which you placed your order by visiting their website.

The Elyn chat (bottom right) is solely dedicated to technical issues related to the return interface: we do not handle refund requests.

  • If you have already returned your item and no refund has been made to your bank account (your return package is likely awaiting inspection by the brand's logistics service).

  • If you used a gift card to pay for your order (it's possible that it has already been credited with the amount of your refund).

  • If you requested the cancellation of your order before delivery.

  • If you returned additional items and the amount of your refund is incorrect.
